Our story
A family business,
built to serve.
Restoration Detective is family owned and operated, born and raised in the Greater Tri-State area.
Daniel is a lifelong business owner and the founder of Bridge Street Remodeling, one of Cincinnati’s established remodeling companies. Through Bridge Street, he built a reputation for careful craftsmanship and treating every project like it matters. His wife, Connie, remains involved part-time while the two of them enjoy their newest full-time role: grandparents.
Daniel’s youngest son, Connor Laudermilk, leads Restoration Detective. Connor brings hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing, along with a genuine drive to help people through some of the most stressful problems a property owner can face. He has committed his full effort to building Restoration Detective alongside his father.
Connor and his wife, Haley, are raising their young son, Sterling, here at home. For both generations, this business is personal.
Restoration Detective grew naturally from Daniel and Connor’s years in remodeling. They saw that the same quality, care, and heart their clients valued during planned renovations mattered even more after unexpected damage. Their goal is simple: bring those standards to restoration and help families and businesses move forward with confidence.
